About this offering:

Hatha Yoga is an old system that includes yoga asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). This class is a meditation in motion that integrates the inner and the outer, the breath and the body, the mind and the heart. The practice is an invitation to cultivate steadiness of mind by progressively going deeper into the physical body and by connecting with the subtle/energetic bodies. Variations of postures will be given so one can challenge their edge and grow or, take it down a notch when needed but still grow their practice. Sitting meditative pauses will complement the asana flow. This is an All Level Progressive Class. Sign up at
