In this practice we will connect and build upon the enlivening solar and fire energies that are pulsating within us through fluid movement, breath and meditation. Join me in person at the beautiful SukhaYoga Marin in downtown Novato, or practice with us online from the comfort of your home or sun-filled backyard. It's a celebration!!!
